Research on Testing Methods for Conducted Emission of AC Power Lines from On-Board Charger

【Abstract】This paper investigates discrepancies between the conductedemission test results of the On-Board Charger (OBC)andthoseof thevehicle-level alternating currnt charging system.Starting fromthetesting mechanisms,the paper systematicallyanalyzes thecorelation betweentheOBC’s electromagnetic interferencecharacteristicsandthe vehicle-level testconditions.Throughcombined simulationand experimental validation,the paper proposes acomponent-levelconducted emissioninterferencecontrolscheme.Byensuringcomponent-levelelectromagneticcompatibilityperformance,thescheme enablespre-validationofvehicle-levelstandardrequirements,therebyprovidessupportfortheforwarddevelopmentof electromagnetic compatibility in new energy vehicles.
