【Abstract】To enhance the safetyand reliabilityof autonomous driving in mainlinelogistics，this paper summarizes the testingrquirementsforthe mainlinelogisticsautonomous driving systemfromthree aspects including equipmentoperation， systemfunctionalityandoverallperformance testing.Additionally，a testing planforthemainlinelogisticsautonomousdriving transportationsystemisdesigned，encompasing fourkeystages：preliminarytesting，Software-in-the-Lop（iL）testing， systembasic functionalityandperformance testing and systemoperational eficiency testing and evaluation.Thepreliminary testingservesasthefoundationaltaskofthetestingplan，verifyingthebasicoperationalconditionsofthetrunk logistics autonomous drivingtransportationsystem.Folowing thecompletionofpreliminary testing，SIL testingwillbeconductedin specific scenarios.System testing willthenrealize the integrated system’s functionalityand performance test inactual operationalscenarios.Finally，tesystemoperational eficiency testingandevaluation framework willguidetheasesmentof the system's efficiency during real-world operations.
