【Abstract】Inorder toensure therepeatabilityof simulation testsandreliabilityof testresults，a simulation testing platformisbuiltusing UnityandUnrealEnginebasedonasystematicanalysisofthedefinitionandpotentialcausesof performance consistencyisues in autonomous driving simulation software，and staticanddynamic scenarios arebuilt atthe sametime.Thestudyalsoinvolves thedesignof testcases，data procesingscripts，automatedtestingscriptsandtheoverall experimental process.Testresults basedonUnityand UnrealEnginesimulation testplatformarequantified through the inconsistencydeviation.Influencedbyvarious factorsrelated tothesimulationsystem’ssoftwareandhardware，expermental results reveal significant inconsistencies in multiple tests，with the maximum deviation reaching 1 5 % .Toaddress the identified deviation，thispaperproposesseveraloptimization strategies，including processoptimizationandpowermodeoptimization， which are validated to reduce the deviationbymore than 40 % ，thereby enhancing the reliabilityand consistency of simulation tests.
