【Abstract】In order to enhance the testingand evaluation of systematicnessand comprehensivenessof MovingOff Information System (MOIS)forcommercial vehicles,thepaperanalyzes the evaluationrequirementsof commercial vehicle MOIS,clarifies theworking principleof MOIS,andproposes specific testingandevaluationplansandimprovement measures. Commercial vehicles withthesame MOIS perceptionandrecognitionschemebut diferent sizes areusedas testsamples,the alarmtriggeringandending timing,alarmduration,etc.ofMOISareevaluatedndanalyzedfordifferenttargetojects,blind spot positions,and biasrates.Theresultsshowthatthesame schemeof MOIS instaledoncommercialvehiclesof different sizes can meetregulatoryrequirements,andthemonitoring efectof thesystemontheforwardblindspotshowsatrendofright side>leftside>midle.Moreover,whenthevehiclemovestogetherwiththelongitudinaltargetobjectinfront,thelargervehicle has better blind spot monitoring effect.
