不同品種田菁與青貯玉米混貯的養(yǎng)分及發(fā)酵品質(zhì)

Abstract：In order to guide the planting and utilization of forage in southern Xinjiang，the mixed storage and fer mentation characteristics of yelow bush pea（Sesbania canmabina）and local silage corn（Zea mays L.）were explored，and the mixed storage nutrients were evaluated. Two varieties of yelow bush pea（Tianjing 2 and ‘ Tianjing ） and two silage maize cultivars （‘Xinyu 80? and‘Xinyu 104? ）were stored 1： 1（S2Z80， S2Z104，S3Z80 and S3Z1O4） to determine the sensory indexes，nutrients，fermentation quality and number of colonies on the 7th，15th，3Oth and 6Oth days of fermentation.The results showed that the pH，dry matter （DM），crude protein （CP），water soluble carbohydrate （WSC），ammonia nitrogen/total nitrogen （AN/TN） and yeast decreased with fermentation time，while lactic acid（LA），acetic acid（AA），the contents of Ether extract（EE）and lactic acid bacteria increased with fermentation time.Onthe 6Othday，thecontents of neutral detergent fiber（NDF），acid detergent fiber（ADF） and propionic acid（PA） in S2Z1O4 were significantly lower than those in other treatments （ ?P<0.05 ），with the lowest ammonia nitrogen/total nitrogen and the highest lactic acid content.Through the fermentation qualityassessment，the highest score of S2Z1O4 is 98.In summary，the mixing effect of‘Tianjing 2° and‘Xinyu 104′ in the ratio of1：1 was the best.

田菁（Sesbaniacannabina）是一年生草本豆科植物，具有發(fā)達(dá)的根系，其莖葉營(yíng)養(yǎng)成分豐富，含有豐富的氮、磷、鉀和微量元素[1]，具有較高的蛋白質(zhì)含量（干物質(zhì)含量約 25% ）和干物質(zhì)產(chǎn)量、纖維含量低等特點(diǎn)2，對(duì)鹽和堿脅迫等非生物脅迫的抵抗力強(qiáng)，對(duì)飼喂牛、綿羊和山羊具有很高的營(yíng)養(yǎng)價(jià)值[3]。（剩余14217字）
