4</sub> 草本植物狗牙根(Cyn-odondactylon)為研究對象,基于 <sup>13</sup>C 脈沖標記技術,探究刈割強度對狗牙根光合產(chǎn)物分配的動態(tài)影響。結果表明:刈割顯著影響狗牙根葉、莖和根的 δ<sup>13</sup>C 分配比例 (P<0.001) 、非結構性碳水化合物(Nonstructuralcarbohydrates,NSC) P<0.001? 和次生代謝物(Secondarymetabolites,SM)含量 (P<0.05) ;刈割后狗牙根顯著增加葉片的 δ<sup>13</sup>C 分配比例,顯著降低莖部的 δ<sup>13</sup>C 分配比例 (P<0.05) ;刈割顯著降低狗牙根的根系NSC和SM含量,顯著增加莖部的SM含量,輕、中度刈割下狗牙根葉片NSC含量均顯著增加,重度刈割下狗牙根葉片SM含量顯著高于其他處理(P<0.05) ;隨恢復時間的延長,輕度刈割會逐漸降低葉片的 δ<sup>13</sup>C 分配比例,重度刈割會進一步降低莖的 δ<sup>13</sup>C 分配比例,增加葉片和根系的 δ<sup>13</sup>C 分配比例。研究結果將為科學合理地管理人工草地提供參考依據(jù)。-龍源期刊網(wǎng)" />

Abstract:Photosynthetic product alocation strategy is acrucial mechanism for plants to cope with stressful distur bance and enhance their environmental adaptation.In this study,we investigated the dynamic efects of mowing intensity on the allocation of photosynthetic products in C4 herbaceous plant(Cynodon dactylon) by using the 13C pulse labeling technique. The results showed that mowing significantly influenced the δ13C allocation ratios in leaves,stems,and roots( P<0.001) ,as well as the contents of non-structural carbohydrates (NSC)( P< 0.001)and secondary metabolites(SM) (P<0.05) .After mowing,C. dactylon significantly increased the δ13C allocation ratio to leaves while decreasing the ratio to stems ( (P<0.05) . Mowing significantly reduced NSC and SM contents in roots but increased SMcontent in stems.Under light and moderate mowing,leaf NSC content significantly increased,whereas heavy mowing led to a significantly higher leaf SM content compared to other treatments ( P<0.05) . With the extension of recovery time,light mowing gradually reduced the δ13C allocation ratio to leaves,while heavy mowing further decreased the ratio to stems and increased alocation to leaves and roots.These findings would provide a reference for the scientific and rational management ofartificial grassland.
