Investigation and Analysis of Cefditoren Pivoxil Granules in Pediatric Outpatient

Abstract： ObjectiveTo comprehensively assess and analyze the use of cefditoren pivoxil granules in pediatric outpatients and provide standardizing andrational drug use in pediatric outpatients.MethodsClinical data，including basic information，prescription information，usage and dosage，and adverse reactions，were recorded and evaluated for cefditoren pivoxil in pediatric outpatient setings ata hospital from January to May 2O22.ResultsA total of 306 prescriptions were collected， 93.14% of the children were of infant and pre-school age， with an average age of 3.16±2.84 .Dosage and administration frequency of allthe children using cefditoren pivoxil granules were beter， 97.39% of which met the medication purpose， with only 2 instances exhibited a minor rash. Conclusion However， there still xists the phenomenon of irational druguse.So it's necessary to further strengthen management，conduct effectiveness and safety evaluations，and ensure the safety of children's medication.
