Xinjiang Key Laboratory of Hydraulic Engineering Security and Water Disasters Prevention, Urumqi 830O52,China) Abstract:Lowheatportlandcementiswidelyappliedinhydraulicconcrete,wheremuchatentionshouldbepaidtoitsperfoanceof sulfateattack.Inthispaper,theevolutionlawsofphysicalandmechanicalpropertiessuchasporosity,sulfateiondistriution, expansionrate,compresivestrengthandVickershardnesofloweatcement-basedpasteswredetemedthroughthefullimesion testofsodiumsulfatesolution,aswellasthecomparedordinarycementpastes.Basedonwhich,theirsulfateatackdeterioration behavioranddamagemechanismwerealsoanalyzed.Resultsshowthatcomparedwithordinaryportlandcement,lowheatcementhas better resistance to sodium sulfate attack,and adding 30% flyash could also improve its anti-corrosion performance.The corrosion sectionoflowheatcementpastecanbedivided intodegradedzone,strengthenedzone,ingresivezone,andsoundzonefromthe surface totheinside.Vickers hardnesscouldbetercharacterizethe time-varying behaviorofcementpasteundersulfateatack.

硫酸鹽侵蝕是指外部硫酸根離子侵入到水泥基體并與其發(fā)生化學(xué)反應(yīng),生成石膏、鈣礬石等膨脹性產(chǎn)物,進(jìn)而導(dǎo)致混凝土開裂以及承載能力下降的現(xiàn)象[1]。(剩余5962字)
