混摻垃圾飛灰和二次鋁灰活性粉末混凝土性能研究

4.School of Civil Engineering and Geographical Environment,Ningbo University,Ningbo 315OOo,China) Abstract:Inthispaper,thereactivepowderconcrete(RPC)isprepared withtheassemblyunitofsecondaryaluminumdross(SAD) and incinerationwasteflyash(WFA).TheinfluencesoftheSAD’smassratiotothetotalmassofSADandWFAontherheological parameters(thesupflowandtheplasticviscosity),theflexuralstrengthandthecompresivestrengthareinvestigated.Thmesed heavymetals(Cr and Zn )are measured.The RPC's microscopic morphology obtained by the scanning electron microscope(SEM)is usedtorevealthemechanismofRPC’sperformances.Theresearchingresultsdisplaythatwhenthemassratioofsecondaryaluminum dross is 60% ,theslumpflow,the flexural strength,thecompresive strengthand the drying shrinkage rate of RPC are the highest.However,theplasticviscosityoftheRPCisthelowestatthismoment.Theamountsof theleachedCrandZnarepositively
corelatedwititsimersingtieandinveselyoelaedwiheamoutoftheseconaryalmumdossWhenteamountofamount of the secondary aluminum dross is 60% ,the microstructure of RPC is the most compact.
