煤矸石粉制備混凝土用復(fù)合摻合料的性能研究

Abstract:Thecompositemineraladmixturesforconcretewerepreparedbypartiallyeplacingflyashwithcoalganguepowder.The effectsofcoal ganguepowder,flyashandphosphorusslagontheflexuralstrength,compresivestrength,activityindexadstregth growthratioofthetestedmortarwerestudiedthroughorthogonalexperiments.Theresultsshowedthattherewasastronginteraction betweenganguepowder,flyashandphosphorusresidueonthehydrationofcement,andwhenthedesignmixatioisapropriate,the7 day and 28- dayactivityindexandstrength growthratioof thetestedgumsandreachedtherequirementsoftheordinarygrade Il compositemineraladmitureofompositeadmixtureforonceteinicatingtatiwasompletelyfasibletopreparecompositeial admixture for concrete by replacing flyash with gangue powder,and the optimal scheme is to add 25. 0% coal gangue powder, 62.5% fly ash,and 12.5% phosphorus slag.

混凝土摻合料是為改善混凝土性能,節(jié)約用水,調(diào)節(jié)混凝土強(qiáng)度等級(jí),在混凝土拌和時(shí)摻入天然的或人工的能改善混凝土性能的粉狀礦物質(zhì)[1]。(剩余4650字)
