不同施氮量對高粱生長·生物量和蜀黍氰苷積累的影響

摘要以遼糯11高粱為供試材料,研究了5個不同施氮水平對其生長發(fā)育、生物量及蜀黍氰苷積累的影響。結(jié)果表明,不同施氮水平對株高的影響不顯著,隨著施氮量的增加,高粱的莖粗、葉長、葉寬及鮮質(zhì)量、干質(zhì)量等表現(xiàn)為先增大后穩(wěn)定,根、莖、葉等部位中的蜀黍氰苷含量隨著施氮量的增加先增加后降低。

AbstractLiaonuo 11 sorghum was used as experimental material to study the effects of 5 different nitrogen application levels on its growth, biomass and cyanoside accumulation. The results showed that different nitrogen application levels had no significant effect on plant height. With the increase of nitrogen application rate, the stem diameter, leaf length, leaf width, fresh weight and dry weight of sorghum increased first and then stabilized. The content of zea cyanoside in roots, stems and leaves also increased first and then decreased with the increase of nitrogen application rate.
