賦權(quán)式參與：相對貧困治理的農(nóng)民主體實現(xiàn)機制研究

摘要 相對貧困治理是推進農(nóng)村農(nóng)民共同富裕的重要內(nèi)容。賦權(quán)式參與能夠有效解決相對貧困治理中農(nóng)民主體缺位、精準(zhǔn)識別困境。基于此，應(yīng)從組織賦能、制度賦能、技術(shù)賦能多維路徑構(gòu)建賦權(quán)式參與的機制體系，提升農(nóng)民在相對貧困治理中的主體地位，促進農(nóng)村農(nóng)民共同富裕。

Empowering Participation： A Study on the Realization Mechanism of Farmers’ Main Body in Relative Poverty Governance

Abstract Relative poverty governance is an important part of promoting the common prosperity of rural farmers.Empowerment participation can effectively solve the lack of farmers in the governance of relative poverty and accurately identify the predicament.Based on this， a mechanism system for empowered participation should be constructed from the multi-dimensional path of organizational empowerment， institutional empowerment， and technological empowerment， so as to enhance the dominant position of farmers in the governance of relative poverty， and promote the common prosperity of rural farmers.
