鄉(xiāng)村振興背景下以鄉(xiāng)村文化建設(shè)實(shí)現(xiàn)鄉(xiāng)村有效治理研究

摘要 以鄉(xiāng)村振興戰(zhàn)略為背景，運(yùn)用社會(huì)主義核心價(jià)值觀，闡述了鄉(xiāng)村文化的理念層、制度行為層和物質(zhì)層，對(duì)理念層、制度行為層和物質(zhì)層的現(xiàn)狀、問題與成因進(jìn)行了較深入的分析，在此基礎(chǔ)上提出了理念層、制度行為層和物質(zhì)層建設(shè)的具體對(duì)策和建議，以達(dá)到通過鄉(xiāng)村文化建設(shè)實(shí)現(xiàn)有效治理的目標(biāo)。

Research on Effective Rural Governance through Rural Cultural Construction under the Background of Rural Revitalization

Abstract Taking the Rural Revitalization Strategy as the background and using the socialist core values， this paper expounds the concept layer， institutional behavior layer and material layer of rural culture， makes a more in-depth analysis on the current situation， problems and causes of the concept layer， institutional behavior layer and material layer， and puts forward specific countermeasures and suggestions for the construction of the concept layer， institutional behavior layer and material layer， to achieve the goal of effective governance through rural cultural construction.

鄉(xiāng)村振興需要現(xiàn)代鄉(xiāng)村社會(huì)治理體制的有效運(yùn)行，以有效的現(xiàn)代鄉(xiāng)村社會(huì)治理體制推動(dòng)鄉(xiāng)村振興，是現(xiàn)代鄉(xiāng)村社會(huì)治理體制的重要環(huán)節(jié)，雖然鄉(xiāng)村文化建設(shè)進(jìn)行了多年，但是隨著鄉(xiāng)村人口結(jié)構(gòu)的空心化[1]和人口城市化流動(dòng)的加速[2]，鄉(xiāng)村文化中不利因素更有放大趨勢(shì)，通過社會(huì)主義核心價(jià)值觀教育推動(dòng)鄉(xiāng)村文化建設(shè)和實(shí)現(xiàn)鄉(xiāng)村有效治理是一個(gè)值得思考的課題。（剩余6633字）
