鄉(xiāng)村振興背景下農(nóng)村勞動(dòng)力就業(yè)問(wèn)題研究

摘 要：黨的十九大報(bào)告提出要實(shí)施鄉(xiāng)村振興戰(zhàn)略，農(nóng)村勞動(dòng)力就業(yè)問(wèn)題關(guān)系著農(nóng)村經(jīng)濟(jì)的穩(wěn)定發(fā)展。當(dāng)前，我國(guó)農(nóng)村勞動(dòng)力就業(yè)面臨著競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力弱、保障體制不健全等諸多問(wèn)題。為此，該文從加強(qiáng)培訓(xùn)教育、健全體制機(jī)制、進(jìn)行宣傳引導(dǎo)、拓寬農(nóng)村產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)等方面提出了相應(yīng)的對(duì)策建議。

Abstract：The report of the 19th National Congress of the Communist Party of China proposes to implement the strategy of rural revitalization. The employment of rural labor is related to the stable development of the rural economy. At present， the employment of rural labor in our country is facing many problems such as weak competitiveness and imperfect security system. Therefore， efforts must be made to strengthen training and education， improve systems and mechanisms， conduct propaganda and guidance， and broaden the rural industrial structure.
