Research on Drivability Evaluation of Battery Electric Vehicles with Disconnect Devices
[Abstract】To enhance driving performance during drive mode transitions in battery electricvehicles,acontrollable disengagementdevice isintegratedbetweenthefront axleelectricdriveassemblyandthediferentialenabling timely switching between four-wheel-drive(4WD)and two-wheel-drive(2WD)modes.First,adual-motor four-wheel-drive pure electric vehicleconfigurationincorporatingthedisengagementdeviceisconstructed,andtheenergy flowcharacteristicsof 2WD and 4WD modes are analyzed. Second,mode transition conditions are designed based on driving scenario requirements,andaphasedtorquetransfercotrolstrategyisdeveloped.Finallsevencategoiesofdrivabilityevaluation scenarios are proposed,along withobjectiveevaluation metrics.Experimentalvalidationdemonstrates thatthe proposed configuration significantly enhances the vehicle's driving performance and ride comfort.
