【Abstract】At present， there is stilla big gap between the performance of domesticair spring rubber capsules and foreigncountries'，andthecoretechnologyismainlyinthehandsofforeigncompanies.Inordertostudythecoretechnical difculties ofair springrubberairbags，the paperanalyzestheapplication statusandfuturedevelopmenttrendofair springs in the fieldof passengervehicles.Therubber airbags arediscussedfromtwoaspects，materials andmolding process.This paper finallysummarizes thecoretechnical problemsof cystic skin，andthe potentialtechnologicalbreakthrough pathsto provide reference for the development of rubber skin technology in China.

乘用車懸架系統(tǒng)是乘用車車身與車輪之間的傳力連接裝置總稱，相比于傳統(tǒng)懸架，其主要作用是傳遞車身與車輪之間的力和力矩，緩沖路面對(duì)車身的載荷沖擊，衰減由載荷沖擊引起的承載系統(tǒng)振動(dòng)，確保乘用車的行駛平順性和乘坐舒適性[-2]。（剩余7541字）
