馬鈴薯植株再生和遺傳轉(zhuǎn)化技術(shù)研究進(jìn)展
摘 要:高效的馬鈴薯植株再生和轉(zhuǎn)化體系是開展馬鈴薯轉(zhuǎn)基因和基因編輯育種的關(guān)鍵技術(shù)之一。該文從馬鈴薯基因型、外植體類型、培養(yǎng)基和激素、農(nóng)桿菌濃度、共轉(zhuǎn)化條件及其他因素等對(duì)影響馬鈴薯植株再生體系和轉(zhuǎn)化技術(shù)體系的影響因素進(jìn)行綜述,為相關(guān)的研究提供參考。

Abstract: Efficient potato plant regeneration and transformation system is one of the key technologies for transgenic and gene editing breeding of potatoes. In this paper, the factors affecting potato plant regeneration system and transformation technology system were reviewed from potato genotype, explant type, medium, hormone, concentration of agrobacterium, co-transformation conditions and other factors, so as to provide reference for related research.
