摘  要：在對(duì)農(nóng)村女性人力資本相關(guān)文獻(xiàn)回顧梳理的基礎(chǔ)上，闡述陜北農(nóng)村女性就業(yè)及教育培訓(xùn)低效的現(xiàn)狀，并從其自身能力、心理賦能、家庭結(jié)構(gòu)和社會(huì)環(huán)境方面展開原因分析，提出提升該群體人力資本的發(fā)展路徑，以期為陜北地區(qū)鄉(xiāng)村振興提供人力資本支撐。

Abstract： On the basis of reviewing the relevant literature of rural female human capital， this paper expounds the current situation of the inefficiency of rural female employment and education and training in northern Shaanxi， and analyzes the reasons from the aspects of their own ability， psychological empowerment， family structure and social environment. This paper puts forward the development path of promoting the human capital of this group， in order to provide human capital support for rural revitalization in northern Shaanxi.
