指揮信息流動變化影響海上作戰(zhàn)指揮架構(gòu)變革的探析
摘要:以海上作戰(zhàn)指揮歷史發(fā)展視角,梳理總結(jié)發(fā)現(xiàn)指揮信息流量逐漸變大、流向逐漸變多、流速逐漸變快,在指揮信息流動變化的影響下,海上作戰(zhàn)指揮架構(gòu)經(jīng)歷了一個由簡單到復雜的變革過程,其內(nèi)部構(gòu)成不斷優(yōu)化、外部結(jié)構(gòu)不斷拓展和運行模式的靈敏性也不斷增加。

Analysis of the change of command information flow influencing the

Abstract:From the perspective of the historical development of the command of maritime operations, it is found that the flow of command information gradually increases, the flow direction gradually increases, and the flow velocity gradually increases. Under the influence of the change of the command information flow, the command structure of maritime operations has undergone a process of change from simple to complex, and its internal structure is constantly optimized, and the external structure is constantly expanded and the operation mode is constantly sensitive.
