黃河流域能源低碳轉(zhuǎn)型面臨的風(fēng)險(xiǎn)挑戰(zhàn)及其防范策略
摘要:防范能源低碳轉(zhuǎn)型風(fēng)險(xiǎn)是統(tǒng)籌推進(jìn)黃河流域生態(tài)保護(hù)和高質(zhì)量發(fā)展的關(guān)鍵。以黃河流域?yàn)檠芯繉?duì)象,分析黃河流域能源低碳轉(zhuǎn)型過程中的風(fēng)險(xiǎn)挑戰(zhàn)、存在的問題及原因,提出了有針對(duì)性的應(yīng)對(duì)策略,以期為制定相關(guān)政策提供參考。

Risk Challenges and Prevention Strategies for Low-Carbon Energy Transformation in the Yellow River Basin
Abstract: Preventing the risks of low-carbon energy transformation is the key to promoting ecological protection and high-quality development in the Yellow River Basin. This article takes the Yellow River basin as the research object, analyzes the risks, challenges, existing problems, and reasons in the process of low-carbon energy transformation in the Yellow River basin, and proposes targeted response strategies to provide decision-making references for formulating relevant policies.
