摘要：目前，隔膜壓濾機在我國污泥深度脫水中的應(yīng)用較為廣泛，但存在勞動強度大、藥劑投加量大、運營成本高、車間環(huán)境差等問題。全自動隔膜壓濾機用于污泥深度脫水，能夠大幅降低勞動強度、減少藥劑用量、降低運營成本，具有明顯的技術(shù)優(yōu)勢和經(jīng)濟效益，為我國污泥深度脫水設(shè)計及運營提供新的思路。

Application of Fully Automatic Diaphragm Filter Press in Deep Dehydration of Municipal Sludge

Abstract： At present， diaphragm filter presses are widely used in deep sludge dewatering in China， but there are problems such as high labor intensity， large dosage of chemicals， high operating costs， and poor workshop environment. The fully automatic diaphragm filter press is used for deep sludge dewatering， which can significantly reduce labor intensity， chemical dosage， and operating costs. It has obvious technical advantages and economic benefits， providing new ideas for the design and operation of deep sludge dewatering in China.
