濰坊市建設(shè)項(xiàng)目環(huán)境要素保障存在的問題及對策

摘要：濰坊市作為典型工業(yè)城市，重工業(yè)依賴特征顯著，高質(zhì)量發(fā)展基礎(chǔ)薄弱，粗放發(fā)展問題未得到根本解決，經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展與碳污減排矛盾突出。基于此，從保障機(jī)制、服務(wù)模式、潛能摸排及能力建設(shè)4方面總結(jié)環(huán)境要素保障現(xiàn)狀，剖析存在的問題并提出對策，為經(jīng)濟(jì)可持續(xù)增長增添動(dòng)力。

Problems and Countermeasures of Environmental Element Guarantee for Construction Projects in Weifang City

Abstract： Weifang， as a typical industrial city， has significant dependence on heavy industry. The foundation for high-quality development is not solid. The problem of extensive development has not been fundamentally resolved. The contradiction between economic development and carbon and pollution emission reduction is prominent. Based on this， the current status of environmental element guarantee was summarized from four aspects： guarantee mechanism， service model， potential exploration and capacity building. The existing problems were analyzed and countermeasures were proposed to provide impetus for sustainable economic growth.
