Abstract：Vigorouslycultivatingnewengineering talents hasbecomeanimportantmeasureforChina’shighereducationtorespondtothechalengesofthetimes，andislsothenecessarypathtobuildaneducationandtalentstrongountry.Thespiritual pedigreeofChineseCommunistsinheritsanddevelopstheChinesenational spirit，isthe wining passwordoftheCPCpeople，nd hasuniqueeravalue.TheintegrationofthespiritualpedigreeofChineseCommunistsintothecultivationofnewenginerigtalentsistheresultofimplementingtheParty’seducationalpolicy，metingthequalitystandardsforthecultivationofnewengineer ingtalentsandthe missionofcontemporaryChineseyouth.Weneedtogatherenergyin“l(fā)earning，publicityandresearch”，so thatnewegiegaletsaforetoulsieogaldlialosuilddasirofioal fine their bodies in social practice， and nourish their hearts in campus culture.
