Abstract：BasedontheentropyweightTOPSIS method，thispaperconstructsacomprehensiveevaluationindex systemforthe inovationabilityofateowedigtecheterpssandmeasuestheiovationabilityevelofina’sateowdigteh enterprisesfrom201to.Theresultsareasfollws：（1）From22to00，theinovatioabilityofChina’state-owedig techenterpriseasaolesosactuatingwardtrend，insub-iteiicators，ovatiooutpuiontdtai ableindexshowupward trendwhileinnovationinputshowsdownwardtrend.（2）TheinovationabilityofChina’sstate-owned high-techenterpsesinasteentral，esteadnortheastepartssowsafluctatingupwardtrend，withthetalrtincreasinggreatlyteestereasinglastileasteisreadandprsents“asthghsto”dde-listributioncharacteristic.Theoveralldifferencebetweentheinnovationabilityofstate-ownedigtchenterrisesintestee gionandthecentral，westeandnortheasteregionsisnarowing，whilethegapis wdeningwiththe westepart.（3）TeovtionabilityofstateowedhigtechenterpisesinGuangdongandBeijingetc.，anksamong tebest，whileinnovationsustaiabilityistheir weakess.Whileteiovationabilityofstateowedhigtechenterprisesnsu，Yunnanetc.，foloenduttey haveadvantagesin innovationsustainability.
