Abstract: During the teachingprocess ofthe profesionalcourses formaster'sdegreestudents in engineering management,a five-elementintegatedproessaloreompeteeteof“dealsdbefs,profeioalqualitygingsoibility,craftsmanshispirit,andegieeringethic”isonstructed.Meanhileelementsofoursedeologialeducatinaeteat edtoestablishanengineringmanagementmaster'scourseideologicaleducatiomodelthatiscoupledwith“professionalcore competence-course ideological elements”.From dimensionssuchasthereconstructionoftalentcultivation goals,thereshaping of professionalcorecoursesystems,theestablishmentofacourseideologicalelement database,andtheimprovementofprofesion alcourseevaluationmodels,acompletecourseideologicaleducationplanformaster’sdegree studentsinengineeringmanagement is constructed.Tisimstohancethequalityfengineering management master'sdgree sudentsandcultivatetemintoengineering management talents who can meet the needs of society and have innovation capabilities.
