CRISPR-Cas介導(dǎo)基因編輯技術(shù)的發(fā)展趨勢及研究進(jìn)展
摘要:CRISPR-Cas系統(tǒng)為細(xì)菌與古生菌的一種免疫防御機(jī)制?;谠撓到y(tǒng)的基因編輯技術(shù)在基因工程領(lǐng)域得到廣泛應(yīng)用,極大地加快了該領(lǐng)域研究的進(jìn)步。本文從CRISPR-Cas系統(tǒng)介導(dǎo)的基因組編輯技術(shù)的發(fā)展趨勢和最新應(yīng)用及現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行綜述。

Development tendency and research progress of CRISPR-CAS-based Genome engineering

Abstract: CRISPR-Cas system is used to resist exogenous viruses or plasmids in bacteria and archaea Acquired immune system of DNA invasion. The gene editing technology based on this system has brought a breakthrough revolution to the regulation and application of targeted genome modification. In this paper, we review the development and application of CRISPR-Cas system mediated genome editing technology, and provide reference for related researchers.
