一種并罐擋料閥的分析介紹

摘 要：擋料閥是無料鐘爐頂設備中的一個關鍵設備，以一種新型并罐式擋料閥為例，介紹了擋料閥的組成、工作過程和原理，設計擋料閥應當考慮的過料量以及液壓缸壓強計算，以及此種擋料閥的關鍵技術點，料打料式錐段襯板和驅動軸偏心結構。

ANALYSIS AND INTRODUCTION OF A KIND OF PARALLEL TANK UPPER MATERIAL VALE

Abstract：The upper material valve is a key device in the bell-less furnace top equipment. This article takes a new parallel-tank upper material valve as an example to introduce the composition， working process and principle of the upper material valve. The design of the upper material valve should be considered. The calculation of material quantity and hydraulic cylinder pressure， as well as the key technical points of this kind of upper material valve， the eccentric structure of the material punching cone liner and the drive shaft.

隨著煉鐵技術的發(fā)展，目前無料鐘煉鐵技術已經廣泛應用于全世界的高爐，煉鐵設備的形式更是多種多樣，擋料閥設備一般安裝在料斗和料罐之間，用于控制料斗放料口的啟閉，使料斗內爐料按照煉鐵工藝的要求間斷有序的裝入料罐內，在并罐無料鐘爐頂上，擋料閥的一般形式主要有擺動溜槽、翻板閥等，本文介紹一種新的用于并罐上擋料閥的結構形式。（剩余3146字）
