摘 要：在燒結(jié)機調(diào)試和生產(chǎn)期間，生產(chǎn)設(shè)備會出現(xiàn)各種各樣的問題。為了使生產(chǎn)設(shè)備更好地工作，減少停機時間，提高產(chǎn)量，各個工種人員會不斷發(fā)現(xiàn)問題，提出解決方案，并由編程人員對PLC程序進行優(yōu)化，使PLC程序與生產(chǎn)設(shè)備達到最優(yōu)的配合，列舉了幾個相關(guān)的實例。

APPLICATION OF PLC IN IMPROVING SINTERING PRODUCTION EQUIPMENT

Abstract：During the commissioning and production of sintering machines， various problems may occur in production equipment. In order to make the production equipment work better， reduce downtime， and increase production， personnel of various types of work will continuously identify problems and propose solutions. Programmers will optimize the PLC program to achieve optimal coordination between the PLC program and the production equipment. This article lists several relevant examples.
