【Abstract】Alterativesplicing(AS)isapost-transcptionalmechanismthatgeneratesdiverseproteinisoforsfromasiglegene.Its mainfunctionistoremoveintronsandinkexonstoformaturemessngerRNA(mRNA)RNAbindingprotein(RB)areaclassofproeis thatregulatethemetablicprocesofRNAbindingandarecolectivelyeferedtoasproteinstatbindtoRNA.Theyareakeyfactorn regulatingAS.TheyafectthechoiceofsplicingsisbyecogzingspecificsequeneelementsandbindingtoteprecursorA(pre mRNA).Thisleadstoabomalexpresionordsfunctionofsomedisease-relatedgens.RNAbindingmotifprotein(RBM)areaniportant class of RBP,and they play an important role in heart failure by regulating the AS pattern of cardiomyocytes.
