數(shù)據(jù)深度合成技術應用的法律風險和規(guī)制路徑研究
摘要:深度合成技術提升生活便利但也帶來數(shù)據(jù)安全新風險,需總結法律風險,如數(shù)據(jù)安全、人格利益等,并梳理法律規(guī)制困境。為平衡發(fā)展與安全,該文提出完善立法、明確版權、加強技術監(jiān)管合作的法律規(guī)制建議,以此促進技術合理應用,防范潛在風險。

Research on Legal Risks and Regulatory Paths of Data Deep Synthesis Technology Application

Abstract: Deep synthesis technology improves the convenience of life but also brings new risks to data security. It is necessary to summarize the legal risks, such as data security, personality interests, and sort out the difficulties of legal regulation. To balance development and security, legal regulatory suggestions are proposed: improve legislation, clarify copyright, and strengthen technical supervision cooperation. This promotes the rational application of technology and prevents potential risks.
