電力企業(yè)可視化精品QC成果庫的搭建與應(yīng)用

摘要：進入數(shù)字化時代，電力企業(yè)需搭建多維數(shù)字化QC成果數(shù)據(jù)庫。該文分析了管理現(xiàn)狀和需求，提出可視化QC成果庫設(shè)計思路，并通過案例介紹其應(yīng)用。此舉旨在實現(xiàn)集中管理、高效檢索和直觀展示，推動QC改進與創(chuàng)新，挖掘成果轉(zhuǎn)化價值。

Abstract： In the digital era， electric power enterprises need to establish a multi-dimensional digital QC achievement database. This article analyzes the current management status and needs， proposes the design idea of a visualized QC achievement database， and introduces its application through case studies. This initiative aims to achieve centralized management， efficient retrieval， and intuitive display， promoting QC improvement and innovation， and tapping into the value of achievement transformation.
