基于紅外熱成像攝像機(jī)的秸稈焚燒監(jiān)測(cè)系統(tǒng)開發(fā)應(yīng)用研究
摘要:以預(yù)防秸稈焚燒為出發(fā)點(diǎn),采用熱成像雙光譜云臺(tái)攝像機(jī),通過(guò)智能圖像識(shí)別技術(shù)、地理信息技術(shù)、移動(dòng)互聯(lián)網(wǎng)技術(shù)、熱成像等高新技術(shù),建立秸稈焚燒監(jiān)測(cè)火情處置系統(tǒng),能夠?qū)斩挿贌M(jìn)行實(shí)時(shí)監(jiān)控、高效監(jiān)管、快速處置,提高秸稈焚燒治理工作成效,保護(hù)生態(tài)環(huán)境,促進(jìn)人與自然和諧共處。

Development and Application Research of Straw Incineration Monitoring System Based on Infrared Thermal Imaging Camera

Abstract: In order to prevent straw burning, a straw burning monitoring fire disposal system is established by using thermal imaging dual spectrum PTZ camera, intelligent image recognition technology, geographic information technology, mobile Internet technology, thermal imaging and other high-tech technologies, which can conduct real-time monitoring, efficient supervision and rapid disposal of straw burning, improve the effectiveness of straw burning management, protect the ecological environment, and promote harmonious coexistence between man and nature.

我國(guó)有非常豐富的秸稈資源,經(jīng)常出現(xiàn)大面積焚燒秸稈的現(xiàn)象,不僅造成資源浪費(fèi),而且會(huì)毀壞樹木和耕地,污染空氣,甚至引發(fā)森林火災(zāi)等重大安全生產(chǎn)事故[1]。(剩余4365字)
