摘要：文章提出通過建立健全漏洞信息收集機(jī)制、加強(qiáng)技術(shù)支持能力、引入第三方評估機(jī)構(gòu)這三種方式，加強(qiáng)網(wǎng)絡(luò)安全漏洞信息披露工作，保障網(wǎng)絡(luò)信息安全。以期為完善網(wǎng)絡(luò)安全漏洞信息披露規(guī)則、提高網(wǎng)絡(luò)信息風(fēng)險防控水平提供幫助。

Abstract： The article proposes to strengthen the disclosure of network security vulnerability information and ensure network information security by establishing a sound vulnerability information collection mechanism， strengthening technical support capabilities， and introducing third-party evaluation institutions. To provide assistance in improving the disclosure rules of network security vulnerabilities and improving the level of network information risk prevention and control.
