國家級承接產(chǎn)業(yè)轉(zhuǎn)移示范區(qū)的低碳發(fā)展效應(yīng)研究

——以大湘西地區(qū)為例

摘 要：基于2013—2022年大湘西地區(qū)各市（州）數(shù)據(jù)，采用雙重差分模型，檢驗國家級承接產(chǎn)業(yè)轉(zhuǎn)移示范區(qū)建設(shè)對大湘西地區(qū)低碳發(fā)展的影響。研究表明，國家級承接產(chǎn)業(yè)轉(zhuǎn)移示范區(qū)有利于大湘西地區(qū)的低碳發(fā)展，且通過綠色技術(shù)創(chuàng)新投入和提升政府對低碳發(fā)展的關(guān)注度，有利于促進大湘西地區(qū)的低碳發(fā)展。

Research on the Low-carbon Development Effects of National-level Industrial Transfer Demonstration Zones：Taking Western Hunan as an Example

Abstract：Based on the city （state） data in western Hunan from 2013 to 2022， a difference-in-difference model is used to examine the impact of the construction of national-level industrial transfer demonstration zones on low-carbon development in this region. It finds that the construction of national-level industrial transfer demonstration zones is conducive to the low-carbon development of western Hunan， and the mechanism of investing in green technology innovation and enhancing the government’s devotion to low-carbon development is in favor of the low-carbon development of this region.
