食管血管脂肪瘤一例及文獻復習

摘要：食管血管脂肪瘤發(fā)病罕見，臨床表現(xiàn)缺乏特異性。本文報道1例經(jīng)上消化道內(nèi)鏡檢查確診的食管血管脂肪瘤，并結合相關文獻總結食管血管脂肪瘤患者的臨床表現(xiàn)、內(nèi)鏡及病理特征、治療方式和預后情況，以期為今后的臨床診治提供參考。

ABSTRACT：Esophageal angiolipoma is a rare disease with unspecific clinical manifestations.This paper reported a case of esophageal angiolipoma confirmed by upper gastrointestinal endoscopy and summarized the clinical manifestations，endoscopic and pathological features，treatment and prognosis of the patients by reviewing the relevant literature，aiming to provide references for clinical diagnosis and treatment of this disease in the future.

食管良性腫瘤發(fā)病率不高，病理分型包括食管纖維血管性息肉、乳頭狀瘤、錯構瘤、脂肪瘤、平滑肌瘤等，其中血管脂肪瘤發(fā)病罕見，目前國內(nèi)外多為個案報道，對其臨床特點認識較少。（剩余4627字）
