摘要:以鋁蜂窩夾層結(jié)構(gòu)為研究對(duì)象,通過(guò)設(shè)計(jì)固持結(jié)構(gòu),采用高速?zèng)_擊試驗(yàn)系統(tǒng),開(kāi)展鋁蜂窩夾層結(jié)構(gòu)高速?zèng)_擊試驗(yàn);建立鋁蜂窩夾層結(jié)構(gòu)數(shù)值模型,開(kāi)展高速?zèng)_擊數(shù)值模擬研究,依據(jù)試驗(yàn)結(jié)果對(duì)數(shù)值模擬方法進(jìn)行確認(rèn),分析沖擊過(guò)程中鋁蜂窩夾層結(jié)構(gòu)中鋁板與蜂窩結(jié)構(gòu)能量吸收與轉(zhuǎn)化規(guī)律及其相互關(guān)系。

Abstract:Taking the aluminum honeycomb sandwich structure as the research object, the high-speed impact test of aluminum honeycomb sandwich structure is carried out by designing the retaining structure and adopting the high-speed impact test system; Establish the numerical model of aluminum honeycomb sandwich structure, carry out high-speed impact numerical simulation research, confirm the numerical simulation method according to the test results, and analyze the energy absorption and transformation law of aluminum plate and honeycomb structure in the aluminum honeycomb sandwich structure and their relationship during the impact process.
