Experimental Studyon Wear Measurement of High ConsistencyRefiner Plate Based on Resistance Method

Abstract：Amethodwasproposedforolinemeasurementofgridingplatewearusingawearod.IndirectdetectionofmicrowearofdiferentwearrodmaterialssuchsQ2arbstel，Calstel，HSspedsteel，andgroealloysteet using the resistance method，and the relationship between voltage（ U ）and wear amount（ X ）under different materials and shapes of high chrome alloy steel was explored. The effect of current on the U-X curve was also investigated，and a quadratic regresson model was established to describe the relationship between U and X . The results showed that under a given current， the U X curves of the four materials and diferentshapesofoealystleidaoveallicreasingtredAstheaireass，geofsquareadclidical high chrome alloy steel increased uniformly and significantly.The current basicallydid not affct the U-X curvevariation trend of square and cylindricalighoeallstee.TeperfoaceiicatorsSEadMAEfopredictingtearofclidricalgholel were 0.005 68 and 0.004 66，respectively.
