Abstract:Tosolvetheprobleofresiamageinotpressngpross,tisstudyexploredanewdippingandotpressingproess,and compareditwithtesingledipingprocessandthedualdippingprocess,andanalysedtheefectsoftenewprocessonthestructure,me chanicalpropertiesndfrictionandearpropertisofpaperbasedfrctiomaterials.esultssoedthatteewprocessouldefe tivelyavoidetructioofthsinineapebasdfromateraldurgteotpresigprocssWneitialgungout was 7 . 5 % and the total gluing amount was 30 % ,the resin and pore size in the paper-based friction material were uniformly distributed.In comparisontoepbasdctiomatealdebyngledippingprocess,forapebasdfritmaterialsP-,dsad 97.6 HRR,the shear strength was increased by 78. 1 % to 4 . 0 6 M P a ,the thermo-mechanical properties were stable,and the variance of the average coefficient of dynamic friction at 2.96,4.50,and 5.60 MPa were decreased by 75. 1 % , 7 1 . 4 % ,and 72. 7 % ,respectively,and the wear rate was reduced to ,while the friction performance remained stable at and 5 . 6 0 M P a : Key words:paper-based friction material;dual dipping process;mechanical properties; friction and wear
