磁共振成像預測乳腺癌脈管侵犯的研究進展

[摘要]乳腺癌是女性常見的惡性腫瘤，是否存在脈管侵犯對乳腺癌患者的治療有著重要的影響。磁共振檢查為乳腺疾病的診斷提供多種參考信息，結(jié)合影像組學分析，預測乳腺癌是否存在脈管侵犯，對乳腺癌患者的精準治療具有重要的價值。本文就磁共振成像及影像組學分析對預測乳腺癌脈管侵犯的研究進展進行綜述。

[Abstract] Breast cancer is a common malignancy in women， whether there is lymphovascular invasion has an important influence on the treatment of breast cancer patients. Magnetic resonance provides a variety of reference information for the diagnosis of breast disease， combined with imaging analysis， predicts whether there is lymphovascular invasion in breast cancer， and is of great value to the precise treatment of breast cancer patients. In this paper， the research progress of magnetic resonance imaging and radiomics to predict the lymphovascular invasion of breast cancer is reviewed.
