【摘 要】目的 探討上頜前牙區(qū)種植即刻修復(fù)臨床美學(xué)效果及作用。方法 選取我院2021年1月-2022年5月收治的78例上頜前牙修復(fù)患者，隨機(jī)分為對照組（n=39，行延期修復(fù)）和觀察組（n=39，行即刻修復(fù)），比較兩組修復(fù)后功能指標(biāo)、外觀指標(biāo)情況、美觀滿意度。結(jié)果 觀察組修復(fù)后固位功能、咀嚼功能、語言功能、咬合舒適功能評分高于對照組，差異有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義（P

【Abstract】Objective To investigate the clinical aesthetic effect and function of immediate implant restoration in maxillary anterior teeth. Methods A total of 78 patients with maxillary anterior teeth restoration admitted to our hospital from January 2021 to October 2022 were randomly divided into control group （n=39， delayed restoration） and observation group （n=39， immediate restoration）. The functional indexes， appearance indexes and aesthetic satisfaction of the two groups were compared after restoration. 上頜前牙（maxillary anterior teeth，MAT）缺損為常見牙體缺損，對患者發(fā)音、進(jìn)食情況影響較大，同時也會導(dǎo)致患者面部衰老速度過快，滋生一系列口腔疾病，甚至引發(fā)連鎖反應(yīng)，對患者身體健康構(gòu)成較大威脅，給其生理、心理均帶來雙重負(fù)擔(dān)，降低其生活質(zhì)量[1]。（剩余4847字）
