【摘 要】目的 探討在鼻尖及鼻翼缺損治療中應用鼻唇溝皮瓣修復的效果。方法 選取2018年6月-2022年6月我院收治的82例鼻尖及鼻翼缺損患者作為研究對象，均采用鼻唇溝皮瓣修復術治療，觀察并發(fā)癥發(fā)生情況及治療滿意度，并對患者治療前后的生活質量進行比較。結果 82例患者皮瓣成活狀況均良好，未出現(xiàn)靜脈回流障礙、皮瓣血供障礙等并發(fā)癥，治療滿意度為96.34%；治療后軀體功能、軀體角色、活力、社會功能、情緒角色、心理健康、總健康評分均高于治療前，差異有統(tǒng)計學意義（P

Effect of Nasolabial Flap in Repairing Nasal Tip and Nasal Alar Defect

【Abstract】Objective To investigate the effect of nasolabial flap repair in the treatment of nasal tip and alar defects. Methods A total of 82 patients with nasal tip and alar defects admitted to our hospital from June 2018 to June 2022 were selected as the research objects. All patients were treated with nasolabial flap repair. The occurrence of complications and treatment satisfaction were observed， and the quality of life of patients before and after treatment was compared. Results The flap survival status of 82 patients was good， and there were no complications such as venous reflux disorder and flap blood supply disorder. The treatment satisfaction was 96.34%. After treatment， the scores of physical function， physical role， vitality， social function， emotional role， mental health and total health were higher than those before treatment， and the differences were statistically significant （P
