【摘 要】目的 分析健康指導(dǎo)下的護(hù)理干預(yù)對(duì)胎膜早破孕產(chǎn)婦認(rèn)知度、切口美觀性的影響。方法 選擇南京市婦幼保健院2020年1月-8月急診入院的胎膜早破孕產(chǎn)婦62例，隨機(jī)分為對(duì)照組及觀察組，各31例。對(duì)照組實(shí)施常規(guī)護(hù)理，觀察組實(shí)施健康指導(dǎo)下的護(hù)理干預(yù)，比較兩組認(rèn)知度、切口美容效果、自護(hù)能力。結(jié)果 觀察組認(rèn)知度評(píng)分高于對(duì)照組（P

【Abstract】Objective To analyze the effect of nursing intervention under health guidance on the cognition and incision aesthetics of pregnant women with premature rupture of membranes. Methods A total of 62 pregnant women with premature rupture of membranes admitted to Nanjing Maternity and Child Health Care Hospital from January 2020 to August 2020 were randomly divided into control group and observation group， with 31 pregnant women in each group.
