中醫(yī)針灸推拿結(jié)合中藥治療面癱的臨床效果

【摘 要】目的 探究中醫(yī)針灸推拿結(jié)合中藥治療面癱的臨床效果。方法 選取2021年3月-2022年3月我院收治的60例面癱患者為研究對(duì)象，采用隨機(jī)數(shù)字表法分為對(duì)照組和試驗(yàn)組，每組30例。對(duì)照組接受中醫(yī)針灸推拿治療，試驗(yàn)組接受中醫(yī)針灸推拿結(jié)合中藥治療，比較兩組臨床療效、治療時(shí)間及住院時(shí)間。結(jié)果 試驗(yàn)組治療總有效率為93.33%，高于對(duì)照組的73.33%，差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義（P

Clinical Effect of Acupuncture and Moxibustion， Massage Combined with Traditional Chinese Medicine in the Treatment of Facial Paralysis

【Abstract】Objective To explore the clinical effect of acupuncture and moxibustion， massage combined with traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of facial paralysis. Methods A total of 60 patients with facial paralysis admitted to our hospital from March 2021 to March 2022 were selected as the research objects. They were divided into control group and experimental group by random number table method， with 30 patients in each group. The control group was treated with acupuncture and moxibustion， massage of traditional Chinese medicine， and the experimental group was treated with acupuncture and moxibustion， massage combined with traditional Chinese medicine. 面癱（facial paralysis）的發(fā)病原因主要有物理壓迫面部神經(jīng)、患者代謝產(chǎn)生障礙、受到風(fēng)寒感染、過(guò)度勞累等等，面癱患者的主要癥狀表現(xiàn)為神經(jīng)出現(xiàn)麻痹現(xiàn)象，鼻唇溝變淺、面部肌肉麻木、口角歪斜等等，部分患者還會(huì)出現(xiàn)聽(tīng)覺(jué)下降、味覺(jué)障礙等癥狀[1]。（剩余5489字）
