【Abstract】Objective To explore the application effect of plastic surgery in patients with nasal trauma. 在耳鼻喉疾病中鼻外傷（nasal trauma）有極高的患病率，多數(shù)由外力作用致使鼻部受損，常見(jiàn)的有鼻軟組織挫傷、軟骨脫位和鼻骨骨折等，由于外力方向和大小有所不同，其損傷程度也存在諸多差異，因此對(duì)此類患者需選取有效的治療手段，否則會(huì)致使鼻部發(fā)生畸形，甚至?xí)绊懹绊懫涔δ?，包括：鼻腔共鳴、嗅覺(jué)和呼吸等，甚至?xí)?yán)重影響患者的面部美觀[1]。（剩余4482字）
