【摘 要】目的 探討口腔正畸技術(shù)在上前牙阻生患者治療中的應(yīng)用效果。方法 選取我院2021年4月-2022年12月收治的90例上前牙阻生患者作為研究對(duì)象，采用數(shù)字隨機(jī)法分為甲組和乙組，各45例。甲組予以常規(guī)外科導(dǎo)萌手術(shù)，乙組予以口腔正畸治療，比較兩組臨床療效、并發(fā)癥發(fā)生情況以及患者滿意度。結(jié)果 乙組治療總有效率為95.56%，高于甲組的77.78%，差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義（P

Clinical Effect of Orthodontic Treatment of Impacted Upper Anterior Teeth

【Abstract】Objective To explore the application effect of orthodontic technique in the treatment of patients with impacted upper anterior teeth. Methods A total of 90 patients with impacted upper anterior teeth admitted to our hospital from April 2021 to December 2022 were selected as the research objects. They were divided into group A and group B by digital random method， with 45 patients in each group. Group A was treated with conventional surgical guided surgery， and group B was treated with orthodontic treatment. The clinical efficacy， complications and patient satisfaction were compared between the two groups. 上前牙阻生（impacted upper anterior teeth）是臨床上一種比較多見(jiàn)的牙齒發(fā)育障礙，多表現(xiàn)為牙齒萌出錯(cuò)位，嚴(yán)重者甚至出現(xiàn)骨內(nèi)埋伏情況，在一定程度上影響到一個(gè)人的牙齒發(fā)育，進(jìn)而出現(xiàn)牙列不全、頜骨畸形等情況，直接影響著患者的語(yǔ)言發(fā)育與容貌。（剩余5585字）
