【Abstract】Objective To explore the effect of comprehensive nursing on skin injury and comfort level of critically ill patients in neurosurgery. Methods From June 2020 to November 2021， 86 patients with severe neurosurgery in the First Affiliated Hospital of Anhui Medical University were selected as the research objects. According to the random number table method， they were divided into control group （43 cases） and observation group （43 cases）， and they were given routine nursing and comprehensive nursing respectively. 神經(jīng)外科重癥患者病情較為嚴重，為皮膚損傷風險高發(fā)人群，主要原因為患者發(fā)病后常存在意識障礙、癱瘓等情況[1]，需長時間臥床，且由于全身營養(yǎng)狀況差、大小便失禁等影響，進一步增加皮膚損傷發(fā)生風險，一旦出現(xiàn)以上情況，則會延長其治療時間，影響患者生活質量[2，3]。（剩余4337字）
