【摘 要】目的 分析針對(duì)性護(hù)理干預(yù)對(duì)過(guò)敏性紫癜患兒皮疹癥狀改善的效果。方法 選取我院2020年6月-2021年6月收治的68例過(guò)敏性紫癜患兒，隨機(jī)分為參照組和試驗(yàn)組，每組34例。參照組行常規(guī)護(hù)理，試驗(yàn)組行針對(duì)性護(hù)理，比較兩組臨床癥狀改善情況、心理狀況評(píng)分、舒適度評(píng)分及家屬滿(mǎn)意度。結(jié)果 試驗(yàn)組臨床癥狀改善優(yōu)于參照組（P

【Abstract】Objective To analyze the effect of targeted nursing intervention on the improvement of rash symptoms in children with Henoch-Sch？nlein purpura. Methods A total of 68 children with Henoch-Sch？nlein purpura admitted to our hospital from June 2020 to June 2021 were randomly divided into reference group and experimental group， with 34 cases in each group. The reference group received routine nursing， and the experimental group received targeted nursing.
