AbstractObjective：Toselectandsummarizethebestevidenceforearlyevaluationand preventivemanagementofintensivecareunit acquired weaknes（ICU-AW）inadults，and provideanevidence-basedbasis forfurtherstandardizationofclinicalpractice.Methods： Acordingtothe"6S"evidencepyramidmodel，theevidenceincludingclinicaldecision-making，bestpractices，clinicalguidelines， evidence summary，systematicreview，Metaanalysis，expertconsensus，andrandomizedcontroledtrials（RCTs）wereretrievedfrom evidence-basedresourcedatabase，guidelinedatabase，relevant profesionaldatabase，andoriginalresearchdatabasefromtopto bottom.Thesearch periodlimit wasfromtheestablishmentof thedatabasetoJanuary14，2025.Twomastersstudents who had receivedaseriesoftraininginevidencebasedresearchevaluatedthequalityoftheicludediteratureThenteyextractedandintegated theevidence.Results：Atotalof18artcles wereincuded，including4clinicaldecision-making，6guidelines，3expertconsensus，3 systematicreviews，Metaanalysis，andRCT.Atotalof25piecesofevidenceweresummarizedinfouraspects：asessentting， assessment contentand methods，risk factor assssment，and preventivemanagement measures.Conclusions：Thebest evidence summarized intisstudyprovidesabasisforteearlyasementadpreventivemanagementofadultICU-AWWenconvertigevidence， clinicalmedicalstaffshouldombinepatientscharacteristicsndaplcationsenarostofurterstadardizetheearlyasessetand management process of adult ICU-AW patients，so as to improve the clinical outcomes of patients with ICU-AW.
