AbstractObjective：Toconstructaprecisefeedingschemeforstrokepatients withdysphagiabasedonevidence-basedmethods，and to exploreitsaplicationefectsinthispatientpopulation.Methods：Aprecisefedingschemeforstrokepatientswithdysphagiawas developedusingevidence-basedmethodscombinedwithexpertconsultation.Aconveniencesamplingmethodwasusedtoselect87 strokepatientswithdysphagiaadmitedtotheeurologdepartmentofatertiaryhospitalinGuangdongProvincebetwnJanuary019 andDecember2022.PatientsadmitedfromJanuary20l9toDecember2021wereassignedtothecontrolgroup（43patients），andose admitted fromJanuaryto December 2O22 wereasignedtotheexperimental group（44 patients）.Thecontrol groupreceivedroutine care，whileteexperimental groupreceivedtheprecisefedingsheme.Aftertheintervention，swallowingfunction （pharyngealreflex， gagreflex，cougheflex，laryngealelevation），swalowingrelatedqualityoflife，andpsychologicalstatuswerecomparedbeteenthe twogroups.Results：Improvementsinpharyngealreflex，gagreflex，ougheflex，ndpsyhologicalstatusweresigniicantlybeterin the experimental group compared to the control group，with statistically significant differences （ P<0.001 ）.Conclusion： The precise feedingschemeforstrokepatientswithdysphagiadevelopedinthisstudybasedonevidence-basedmethodsisscientificandfeasible， whichmaycontributing toimprovements inswallowingfunctionand psychologicalstatusamong strokepatientswithdysphagia.
