《公共圖書(shū)館法》視角下公共圖書(shū)館法人治理結(jié)構(gòu)探究

摘 要 公共圖書(shū)館建立以理事會(huì)為主要形式的法人治理結(jié)構(gòu)，是我國(guó)建設(shè)現(xiàn)代文化治理體系的重點(diǎn)?；诖?，論文分析了目前我國(guó)法人治理的特點(diǎn)和困境，結(jié)合《公共圖書(shū)館法》探討其對(duì)法人治理的影響，試圖從法律法規(guī)保障、行業(yè)規(guī)范、多元共治、提高行業(yè)效能等方面對(duì)現(xiàn)有法人治理結(jié)構(gòu)進(jìn)行完善。

Probe into the Corporate Governance Structure of Public Libraries from the Perspective of Public Library Law

Abstract The establishment of a corporate governance structure with the council as the main form in public libraries is the focus of building a modern cultural governance system in China. Based on this， this paper analyzes the characteristics and difficulties of the current corporate governance in China， discusses its impact on corporate governance in combination with the Public Library Law， and attempts to improve the existing corporate governance structure from the aspects of legal and regulatory protection， industry norms， multi-governance， and improving industry efficiency.

中國(guó)公共圖書(shū)館實(shí)施法人治理結(jié)構(gòu)，由利益相關(guān)人參與決策監(jiān)督，是現(xiàn)代公共圖書(shū)館治理的基本方式。（剩余9399字）
