《公共圖書館法》視角下公共圖書館法人治理結(jié)構(gòu)探究

摘 要 公共圖書館建立以理事會為主要形式的法人治理結(jié)構(gòu)，是我國建設(shè)現(xiàn)代文化治理體系的重點?；诖耍撐姆治隽四壳拔覈ㄈ酥卫淼奶攸c和困境，結(jié)合《公共圖書館法》探討其對法人治理的影響，試圖從法律法規(guī)保障、行業(yè)規(guī)范、多元共治、提高行業(yè)效能等方面對現(xiàn)有法人治理結(jié)構(gòu)進(jìn)行完善。

Probe into the Corporate Governance Structure of Public Libraries from the Perspective of Public Library Law

Abstract The establishment of a corporate governance structure with the council as the main form in public libraries is the focus of building a modern cultural governance system in China. Based on this， this paper analyzes the characteristics and difficulties of the current corporate governance in China， discusses its impact on corporate governance in combination with the Public Library Law， and attempts to improve the existing corporate governance structure from the aspects of legal and regulatory protection， industry norms， multi-governance， and improving industry efficiency.
